Documents relating to the Expression of Interest for State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) Clinical Advisor Panel.

SWEP is seeking EOI's from Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Orthotists, Continence Nurses, Podiatrists and Respiratory Physicians to join our expert Panel.

The Clinical Advisor Panel provides clinical support and validation to prescribers as well as expert advice to the Chief Allied Health Officer, SWEP.

We are seeking highly experienced clinicians who can demonstrate a minimum 10 years of experience prescribing assistive technology (AT), continence products or oxygen equipment. Clinicians should also be able to demonstrate participation in activities that contribute directly to maintaining their clinical competence and expertise.
