As previously communicated SWEP is launching a new database commencing 2nd July 2018. However, the transition involves a high volume of data migration, from multiple sources. There will be a short-term, but unavoidable disruption to our systems. We will keep the consequent disruption to our services to a minimum.

NEW APPLICATIONS
- You will not be able to submit NEW
applications from Sunday 24th June, 2018. We expect this functionality will be restored by Monday 2nd
July, 2018.
- You will still be able to view all current
applications that have been submitted.
- If you need to submit an application based
on high clinical need, please call SWEP to discuss on 1300 747 937
PRESCRIBERS & CREDENTIAL UPGRADES
You will not be
able to submit requests to upgrade your levels/credentials. This functionality
will be restored from Monday 2nd July, 2018.
Any NEW
Prescribers will need to wait until Monday 2nd July, 2018 to
register
The upgrade to our database
will significantly enhance our capacity to continue to provide the very best
service to all our stakeholders.
