SWEP Communique - New database Scheduled Updates #16

SWEP would again like to thank you for your patience as we continue to transition to the new database.  We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your valuable feedback.  We are committed to making improvements to the new database and as a result of your feedback the following improvements and changes will be made:

Supplier Quote

You told us that entering all the specific items for each quote was extremely time consuming. We have now made a change so that prescribers only need to enter general information / main items from the supplier quote. You do not need to list all the individual customisations.

Transfer of Applications

We understand there are time when Prescribers need to handover scripts to other Prescribers. We will be making a change to the database to allow Prescribers to transfer applications to another Prescriber without SWEP approvals. Please be mindful that this means the new Prescriber will be taking accountability for the script. We will communicate this as soon as the function is available.

Eligibility Forms

We have updated our client eligibility forms to prevent duplication of information that is captured in the pre-screening section of the application form.

PDF Version of Applications

We understand many prescribers print off applications to use in client records, however the current applications are printing off very lengthy documents. Developers are currently working on shortening the PDF attachment to the application. We will communicate this once the function is available.

Email Notifications

If SWEP put an attachment onto your application you will receive an email to notify you of this. If you attach anything to the application after it has been submitted SWEP will be notified and can action accordingly.

 

 Quick Tips / Further Information

The Service Now platform works best in Google Chrome.

Administration Users - your application does not have to be complete prior to you submitting to your registered prescriber.

In the future, we will be looking at adding pictures and more details for our contracted items

We are currently updating the SWEP Picklist & Catalogue and the Prescriber Registration Framework to reflect current picklist codes and equipment categories.

 

An outage will occur tonight

8-10pm Friday 17th August, 2018.

If you are logged into the database during this time, you will be logged out. Please ensure if you are working on an application to save your application before the scheduled 08:00pm outage occurs.
