SWEP Communique - Updating Practitioner Organisation Details

25 October 2019

As per our communique released on the 25th of September, SWEP have partnered with the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) to provide a registration and credentialing service for all Occupational Therapists (OT's) currently providing services to the TAC.

As part of this service, the TAC have access to a SWEP 'geo-locator' tool that facilitates the matching of suitably qualified and skilled OT's with TAC consumers.

To enable this tool to function as anticipated, it is important that all OT's wanting to remain opted-in with the TAC update their organisation details and provide an organisation address.

Please find below the steps on how to do this:

  1.  Log into the SWEP application portal - https://swep.service-now.com/csm/
  2. Click 'Manage Practitioner Registration'
  3. Click 'Practitioner Organisation Details' (this can be found at the bottom of page under 'Related Lists')
  4. Click on your organisation within the list
  5. Check the organisation name and search to see if your organisation/location is in the list (for example: Monash Health - The Kingston Centre). If your organisation address does not auto-populate or if you have an organisation selected as one of the following: Private, Private Contractor (OT), Private Practice, Private Practitioner, Privately employed or Self-employed, please call the SWEP IM&T team on 1300 747 937 (option 5) to have your organisation details added/updated.
  6. Tick 'Use Organisation Address'
  7. Click 'Save'

If you work from multiple sites within your organisation, it is important to note that you will need to add each site as a separate organisation.

If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact the SWEP IM&T team on 1300 747 937 (option 5).

Kind regards,
