Dear Practitioner,
SWEP have been reviewing our Practitioner online Portal and have made some changes to the Practitioner home page. These changes will take effect on 8th August. The link to login, how to log in and the application process will all remain the same and none of your registration details will change.
The Application tab from the top right hand tool bar has moved and your applications can now be accessed by clicking on the tab on the front home page titled 'Complete and Manage Applications for Assistive Technology'.
You will still be able to access the same information as before, but some of the headings have changed;
Create a new application for Assistive Technology - click here to start a new application
Check the status of a submitted application - here you will find all of your applications submitted to SWEP
Application awaiting authorisation - your applications that have been submitted to you by your administration staff/users, for review and submission to SWEP on your profile
Practitioner Resources - there will be a new link on the top tool bar on the right. Once the update goes live we will commence adding documents that you would normally find on our website. We will add User Guides, Practitioner Manuals and other relevant documents.
To view your credentialing levels - you can do this by clicking on 'Manage Registration Profile' from the home page. By scrolling down to the bottom to the blue hyperlink titled 'Credentials'. You will also see a new category titled 'Agency Credentials' - If, for example, you have registered for the new TAC levels of CAPE, you will see these credentialing levels here.
From any screen in the portal you can click on the SWEP logo on the top left hand side, to get back to the home page.
We will update our Practitioner Portal User Guide on our website to reflect these changes. The User Guide will assist you in navigating the portal and the process for application submission.
