Swep Website Communique - May 2016

Dear Prescribers,

As you know SWEP has been developing and amending our website over the past six months. We have been primarily focused on updating the Prescription Forms in this time. While we are confident that we have remedied the vast majority of issues reported we remain committed to working with prescribers to create a system useful to both you and SWEP.

At this time we are establishing a firm timeline to transition to a wholly electronic application management system. This will mean that as of July 1, 2016 SWEP will be accepting only applications submitted via our website. This means that you will not be able to lodge applications by mail, email or fax after July 1, 2016.

We recommend that you become familiar with the prescriber portal over the next two months. If you or your organisation has an issue which you feel has not being responded to adequately please contact the website project leader Stuart Kerr at Stuartk@bhs.org.au.

The initial FAQ for prescribers is also attached and may answer some of your questions.

SWEP continues to develop the website and online application process and welcomes any and all feedback.
