Prescriber Update - Prior to July 1st 2016

Dear Prescriber,

As you know SWEP is moving to application submission through our website only on July 1, 2016. We have resolved the vast majority of highlighted issues and continue to work on any new issues which arise as a matter of priority. Our IMT team continues to address individual issues as they are logged.

We would like to highlight some common occurrences that we continue to assist prescribers with.

  1. Remember that if you have registered previously then you already have a prescriber account set up, if you need help logging in then please consult the attached FAQ or swepimt@bhs.org.au
  2. Remember that you can use your Prescriber ID as your username once you have a password set up.
  3. Remember that the SWEP website is compatible with all modern browsers and has been tested on many versions to ensure maximum compatibility. However we are unable to support all versions of older web browsers, which may present as a variety of issues within the website. Buttons not appearing is the most common version of this error and is encountered during registration or during the completion of applications.

We have also attached our latest FAQ for your use, please let swepimt@bhs.org.au know if anything is unclear or you need further assistance. They should also be your first contact for any technical issues with the website, if you or anyone in your organisation is currently experiencing technical issues please contact us immediately.
