Dear Prescriber,
As you know SWEP is moving to application submission through our website
only on July 1, 2016. We have resolved the vast majority of highlighted
issues and continue to work on any new issues which arise as a matter
of priority. Our IMT team continues to address individual issues as they
are logged.
We would like to highlight some common occurrences that we continue to assist prescribers with.
