SWEP Email Communication Issues due to blacklisting.

Dear Prescribers,
 
Unfortunately last week the Ballarat Health Services and SWEP email domains were blacklisted, impairing our ability to communicate with other external email servers. 

The blacklisting was a result of a staff member's account being compromised and the use of that account to send out significant numbers of spam emails.

 How does this effect you as a Prescriber?

You may not have received email communication responses to emails you have sent to SWEP staff.

There has also been reports of instances where an email notification is not being received by SWEP when you attach a file to an existing application on the Web portal.

If you have not had a response from SWEP within 3 working days of your email, please contact the relevant SWEP team to follow-up.
