Monica is a highly motivated person with 41 years of clinical nursing experience, I have been working as a Continence Nurse consultant for 20 years. For the past 7 years I have worked in a public Health Continence Service. Throughout my career I have always thrived on new challenges and learning opportunities. I have a strong belief in sharing knowledge and learning from others. I have a calm and personable approach to working in a multi-disciplinary team.
