This month we will be looking at why an application maybe incomplete with SWEP.
There maybe times when we will send you information advising that your application is incomplete.
The top four reasons an application may be incomplete are as follows:
1. All the items requested are not on the application form
2. The picklist code is incorrect or missing
3. The quote is not attached or the standards are missing from the quote. Click here to view our quote template.
4. The application is not for a current SWEP client and is missing the eligibility form.
Please make sure you review your application before submitting it.
