Each year SWEP sends out a Consumer Satisfaction Survey for all our consumers across each of the programs we manage. This helps us to engage with our consumers and gain feedback on what we do well and what we need to improve on.
Traditionally
this is done in paper format and mailed out to consumers.
This
year we are trialing a different way of reaching our Domiciliary Oxygen Program
consumers via an electronic survey. When
we set up new oxygen consumers, they will receive a flyer with their Welcome
Package from Supagas that will provide information on how this will work.
The
survey is done via their mobile phone and it is optional as to whether they wish
to participate or not.
