How do I contact SWEP?

We operate during normal business hours from 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with an after-hours service for emergency breakdowns.

Can I provide feedback?

Feedback can be provided in the following ways:
  • Downloading and emailing us a feedback form or by submitting it electronically through the form below.
  • Contacting us and we can send the form to you.
  • Call our Customer Service line on 1300 PH SWEP (1300 747 937) or (03) 5333 8100. If you require an interpreter, or have a hearing or speech impediment, we can assist by accessing the Victorian Telephone Interpreting & Translating Service or National Relay Service.

Can I appeal a decision?

If you believe that SWEP has incorrectly declined an application for assistance, either partially or fully, you are encouraged to contact your AT practitioner and ask them to contact SWEP on your behalf to discuss and clarify the reasons for the decision.
