SWEP would like to advise you that we are
currently experiencing issues with our web portal applications. Currently you are unable to open any
previously saved applications from your My Forms page. You will receive an Invalid form error
message.
Our web developers are investigating this
issue. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA for resolution.
SWEP will advise when this issue has been
resolved. We apologise for the
inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding as we work through
this issue with our web developers.
