Annie has worked as a Physiotherapist for over 30 years in the Victorian public health service and as a qualified educator in the vocational, education and training sector for 15 years. A strong foundation in competency based training and assessment, has supported a keen interest in developing and implementing programs in health services to support changing scope of practice, health workforce innovation and reform and safety and quality initiatives.  
Annie has supported a number of Victorian Department of Health and Human Services, state-wide initiatives. In 2013 she jointly received a Minister for Health's Award for the Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists clinical education framework, presenting this work at the 2015 World Physiotherapy Congress.  Annie was the competency and implementation lead for the Allied Health Therapy: credentialing, competency and capability framework, as well as leading the implementation for the Allied Health Science professions.  

In collaboration, Annie supported the revision of the SWEP registration and credentialing framework. She works for Monash Health as an Allied Health Advisor, where her role centres on leading credentialing, scope of practice and competency assessment systems as well as advanced practice.
