Hi I'm Donna Markham, SWEP's Chief Allied Health Officer. My role at SWEP is to provide leadership for all matters related to professional governance and prescriber credentialing. This includes oversight of the SWEP Prescriber Registration and Credentialing Framework ensuring it is robust, credible and appropriate for the funding bodies to have confidence in the competency of SWEP registered prescribers.
I also oversee the SWEP Clinical Advisor panel who provide expert advice on all matters related to Assistive Technology.
At SWEP we have a range of support services that we offer our Prescribers.
The SWEP website has a range of tools including all the relevant documents for client applications, program guidelines and Prescriber manuals for our different equipment categories.
SWEP has a dedicated Information management support team to assist you with your online portal needs from password resets to application submission enquiries. They can be contacted by phone or email.
On our website under the Registration & Credentialing Framework page there are guides to assist you with applying for Upgrading or re credentialing your Prescriber level. We have made some recent changes to this part of the website so it should be much easier for you to find the information you need.
