Kayt has spent the last 23 years working in Australia and the UK as an Occupational Therapist, consolidating her skills in neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedics, geriatrics and community practice. She has worked in both the private and public sector. For the past 15 years she has specialised in spinal cord injury at the Victorian Spinal Cord Service, providing assessments and equipment prescriptions for adults including pressure care, transfer and bathing equipment, passenger vehicle modifications and home modifications.

Kayt has experience in leadership, case management and project management. She is passionate is working with clients and their families to overcome the barriers of disability to participate as fully as possible, in rewarding and active lives.
