SWEP Communique - Prescriber Communication #6

SWEP would like to thank you for your patience as we transition to the new database.
Communication will continue over the coming weeks. We are listening to your feedback and are committed to making improvements to the new database.

As a result of your feedback information contained in an application has been reviewed and we have commenced making improvements. 

  • Copy Application function- For Prescribers, we have added functionality to copy the client details from a submitted application. This will populate basic client details into your new script, for that client.
  • Character or syntax errors- Resolved Wednesday (4/7/18). If you receive any further errors please email swepimt@bhs.org.au
  • Your organisation contact details- SWEP have added functionality to fix this issue. If you commenced an application prior to updating your organisation details, this will now feed into the application and allow you to progress. If you need assistance on how to do this there is a guide on our website here.
  • Clinical justification section- This section is to assist if your application needs to go to a clinical advisor or validating Prescriber, to decrease the need for SWEP to come back to Prescribers for further information. Also if your client transitions to NDIS, this information is mandatory. In addition this information will be used as part of ongoing SWEP audit processes.
  • Old-Web Portal- There will be further communication to Prescribers around the need to cut access to the old web portal. This will occur in the next week. This is to allow for migration of data and previous applications to the new portal.
