SWEP Communique - ATP Interviews - An Invitation

2 July 2020

Dear Practitioner,

We are writing to you as a registered practitioner on SWEP's Assistive Technology Practitioner Registration and Credentialing Framework (ATPRCF). SWEP has been providing assistive technology (AT) supports for 10+ years for State-funded schemes, and is a registered NDIS provider - with experience in NDIS AT provision since the scheme's inception in 2013.

SWEP has engaged Sapling Consulting to conduct research into SWEP's services for NDIS participants. Sapling would like to interview ATPs about their experience working with SWEP.

If you would be willing to share your experiences, the interview will take approximately 15-30 minutes. The interviews will take place Friday 3 - Thursday 9 July between 9am - 8pm, and will be conducted over the phone or via Zoom video-conferencing. To volunteer, please email dillan@saplingconsulting.com.au with your name and telephone number and Sapling Consulting will be in touch to arrange a time for your interview.

SWEP provides excellent value for money within a nationally recognised model that gives consumers access to quality-assured equipment and services, including a 24 hour, 7 days per week equipment repair service for urgent repairs. SWEP offers transparent warranty arrangements and competitive pricing through a strategic procurement policy. We thank you in advance for your support and participation in this project as we strive to make SWEP's services the best they can be.

Kind regards
Jeni Burton
SWEP Operations Director
