Dear Supplier,
The SWEP Lymphoedema program administration team have noticed an increase in incomplete applications being submitted and this causes unnecessary delays for our consumers and extra administration work for our staff, suppliers and practitioners.
SWEP has developed a standardised quote template to ensure your quotes have all the information we need as a minimum. This helps us to streamline processes to ensure that consumers receive their garments, as soon as possible. You may have received phone calls from our team or practitioners seeking clarification on quotes which contributes to delay in orders being placed.
These are some of the more common reasons why the quote is not accepted:
- Quote does not include what Australian or International Standard it meets (i.e. TGA, RAL, Oeko-Tex).
- Missing or incomplete delivery address.
- Quote does not include Supplier ABN and other relevant business details.
- Delivery fee is not included. If a delivery fee is not applicable, please note this on the quote.
- Total GST component is not included on the quote.
Please also note that once you receive an order from SWEP there should be no deviation from the accepted quotation linked to the order without authorisation from SWEP. If practitioners call to request changes to the order please advise them to contact SWEP.
