We're excited to launch our new online product catalogue for the recently contracted Non-customised Assistive Technology.
The new catalogue is located on our website here
With the help of our contracted suppliers we have sourced valuable information for each piece of equipment.
The new look catalogue will provide you with:
- Items separated into each category with sub-categories included
- For example, the category 'Bathing and Toilet' has sub-categories for commodes, shower chair/stool and toilet aids
- item descriptions, specifications, images and product features
- picklist codes
- links to the item on the supplier's website and their contact details
- consumer co-contribution requirement
Some items require more than one picklist code to go with your application and these have been grouped and flagged in the item description section. For example:
- some scooters require a separate pick list code for the scooter, the flag and attachment bracket
- beds and suitable mattresses
- commodes with seating options
As per previous communique the preferred option for selection of equipment is:
A. Always consider refurbished options (where appropriate)
B. Select a contract item from our picklists
C. Obtain quote for 'off-contract' item where you can't find a solution from A and B that meets the needs of the consumer
