SWEP's contracted supplier for continence products, Independence Australia (IA), has advised us of their Christmas/New Year trading times.
IA has advised that for products to be delivered by Christmas, the order needs to be submitted to them by no later than close of business on Thursday December 5, 2024. SWEP will need to process these orders by 4pm on this day and cannot guarantee that any orders received after this time will be delivered before Christmas.
Further to this, please see below IA's trading day/hours over the Christmas/New Year period.
