The Lymphoedema Compression Garment Program (LCGP) continues to experience a steady increase in demand. Our team remains committed to processing applications as efficiently as possible, to support consumers of the program.
To help avoid delays and ensure timely processing, we kindly ask that you carefully select the correct item/picklist code when submitting applications. This step is essential in preventing applications from being returned as draft and to assist us in calculating the correct subsidy funding.
How to Select the Correct Item Code
When you reach the 'Continue to Picking list' section of the application, you have two options to locate the correct picklist/item code.
1.Search by Code
Visit our website and review the quotable picklist.Enter the picklist code in the search box at the top right corner.
- paste or type in the code and the correct match will appear automatically
- Important: Do not press enter until you have selected the correct match from the dropdown
2.Search by Category
Select 'My Category' at the top right-hand corner to filter the list
- You can then choose from flat; round knit or wrap items.
Clarifying Garment Types
- Made to Measure: Every length and circumference is measured.
- Made to Order (Off the Shelf): A sized garment with a few specified options (i.e. the basic price is the same as off the shelf from the supplier)
Quote Validity
Please note that quotes are valid for single use only. If you are reapplying for the same consumer and garment, a new quote must be attached to ensure pricing accuracy and validity.
