SWEP Communique - Suppliers and Practitioners Update

Throughout 2020 it was necessary for SWEP to ease the requirements for Proof of Delivery (POD), Certificate of Completion (POC) and Consumer Eligibility Form sign-off. This was due to the significant challenges for practitioners, suppliers and consumers to meet face to face, whilst various Covid-19 restrictions/lockdowns were in place.

ceiling hoists distributed between May 2013 and January 2016.
The supplier, Patient Handling, in consultation with the TGA, is
undertaking a recall for product correction.
