SWEP has been advised of a recall of the Invacare® TDX® series and Storm Series® power wheelchairs with 20"-24" width configurations with Formula CG Recline seating system (i.e. Tilt/Recline, Tilt/Recline/Elevate, or Recline only) and a conventional style back. Purchase period between 2006 to 2014.
We have been advised by Invacare that all affected dealers have been contacted, and have lists of chairs that might be affected. Please note that the affected SWEP clients will be contacted by relevant dealers/suppliers. .
