SWEP AT Practitioner Communique - Update re SWEP teams and email addresses

You may have recently noticed that SWEP has made some changes to our internal team structure. We have streamlined our phone queues and our email public folders. Please find below a list of the phone options & the relevant email address for each team.

When you call SWEP you now have options to select:

Repairs & maintenance - sweprepairs@bhs.org.au
Continence team - swepcont@bhs.org.au
Oxygen team - swepoxy@bhs.org.au
All other equipment enquiries swepat@bhs.org.au (this is the newly formed Assistive Technology Team which includes home & vehicle modifications, ECU's, orthotics and wigs, lymphoedema, mobility, walking aids, transfer & bedding, bathing & seating AT)
Technical support in relation to the SWEP Portal - swepimt@bhs.org.au
Customer service team or other general enquiries - swepcusomterserviceteam@bhs.org.au

If you are unsure on where to direct your enquiry you can still use the generic email address - swep@bhs.org.au
