CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) Update

25 March 2020

As the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation evolves, we wanted to let you know that the State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP), is still operating. We are finding different ways of working to ensure that we can continue to meet your needs with many of our staff working from home as of this week.

What this means for you is that it may be more difficult to reach us by phone. At this stage, we still have a small number of staff working from our office and ask for your patience when trying to contact us.

We encourage you to email us on swep@bhs.org.au wherever possible and we will endeavour to get back to you as quickly as possible.

We are working closely with you, our AT Practitioners and Suppliers to understand and navigate the COVID-19 challenges we are all facing to try and eliminate or minimise the impact on you. 

This is an uncertain time for all of us and we hope that you and your family remain safe and well.  We will continue to provide updates via our website and provide as much support to our consumers as we can.

At this point in time, there are no changes to the services that we provide, including our 24/7 emergency repair service.
