SWEP Communique - Orthotics Quote Template

Dear Practitioners,
SWEP would like to advise that the Orthotics quote template
has recently been updated to include a section to confirm/advise if the item is
required to be registered with the TGA. We ask that if you are using an old
version of the quote template, please cease
to do so and commence using the current version which can be locate under the 'For Suppliers' tab on the
SWEP website.
We acknowledge that until recently there has been two
different versions of the Orthotic quote template on the SWEP website and would
like to apologise for any confusion that this may have caused. Please be
assured this has now been rectified with only the current version being
available.
