Changes to phone systems 

Dear Practitioners and SWEP Consumers 

We are writing to advise of recent changes to the SWEP phone queues and open hours.   SWEP phone queues are now open from Monday - Friday between the hours of 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.    Our after-hours emergency repairs service remains available outside of these hours (24/7 - 365 days per year) by phoning 1300 747 937 (Option 1).  

We now have a dedicated phone line for NDIS Participants and privately funded consumers via our Safety Link Assist team on 1800 995 009. 

Our SWEP phone queue options for State funded consumers on 1300 747 937 now includes a dedicated line for the Lymphoedema Compression Garments program.  Our phone queue options are as follows:

  • If you require repairs, maintenance or a collection of equipment, please press 1
  • For continence products please press 2
  • For oxygen, laryngectomy or voice aid products, please press 3
  • For all lymphoedema enquiries, please press 4 
  • For technical support in relation to the SWEP Portal, please press 5
  • For all other equipment enquiries, please press 6
  • For all invoice enquiries, please press 7
