Dear Practitioners,
We wish to advise that SWEP will no longer accept Off Contract documents from suppliers in lieu of a formal quote with applications.
This change aligns with SWEP's application processing requirements for equipment that is not included in the current Contracted Picklist, for which a supplier quote is required. This ensures the accuracy and currency of pricing for all requested equipment.
Effective immediately, practitioners are required to obtain a formal quote directly from suppliers for all applications that do not include a contracted item. For applications that have already been submitted, SWEP will contact practitioners to request a suitable supplier quote where required.
