This is a reminder that the SWEP application portal will close from 7:00pm on 15 June 2026 and will reopen at 9:00am on 1 July 2026.
To avoid any disruption, please ensure you take the following actions before the closure:

- Submit all draft applications by 15 June 2026
- This includes applications sent to a validating practitioner. Please ensure these are validated and submitted prior to the deadline.
- If you require assistance to meet this timeframe, please contact SWEP.
- Be aware:
- Any applications remaining in draft after 15 June will be removed from the system and cannot be recovered.
- Applications returned to draft by SWEP for further information will not be deleted. However, submission prior to 15 June is encouraged where possible.
As previously advised, this temporary closure will allow us to complete system upgrades and introduce improvements to the application forms. From 1 July 2026, you will notice a more streamlined, user-friendly application process and some updates to the portal interface.
We appreciate your cooperation in preparing for this change and encourage you to complete any outstanding applications as soon as possible.
