Dear Practitioners
As per our previous communications, we rolled out online application updates on 1 July and would like to thank you for your patience, as we have worked through some minor anomalies with these updates.
The majority of issues have been rectified, however, there are still some known faults we are working on as follows:
- PDF copy of applications are not appearing in the current format.
- Applications that have been previously submitted to SWEP and returned to draft are unable to be re-submitted. To progress this to submission please contact our portal help line (option 5) and we will progress the application for you.
As a reminder:
- All drafts created prior to 1 July (submitted prior to the portal update) cannot be submitted now. You will need to create a new application.
- You will not be able to copy any application created and/or submitted prior to 1 July.
- Please ensure you select your application category and save, prior to moving onto next sections.
