Dear Practitioner
We have recently identified an error on our
orthotics quote template. Whilst it is
noted on the template that warranty details are required, there has been no
allocated area for this information to be entered. As a result, the quote
template has now been updated on the website here
As this has been an oversight by us, we
will not be requesting updated quotes for applications already submitted. Although we ask that practitioners commence
use of the new template immediately, we will allow a small grace period until 01
January, 2023 when we will no longer accept the old template.
