Dear Prescribers,
I would like to thank everyone who provided feedback following the release of the orthotic quotation template. Some further updates have been made to meet your requirements. The updated version and be found here.Dear Prescribers,
As always thank you all for your valuable feedback during the transition to online submission of applications for the Lymphoedema Compression Garment Program (LCGP).
As we previously mentioned in our last communique all applications must be submitted via our website from the 1st of September 2017. As from today we will no longer accept any applications lodged by mail, email or fax.
The Victorian Government has introduced a ' Supplier Code of Conduct to support the State's commitment to ethical, sustainable and socially responsible procurement. The Supplier Code of Conduct became effective on 1 July 2017.
SWEP receive thousands of applications with quotes every year. In order to ensure a seamless, consistent process, quotes need to meet certain requirements. Lately we have noticed an increase in the number of quotes that have required further follow up with suppliers due to missing information. Whilst we are seeking out this information, the progress of the client's application is inhibited and it will have a status of "incomplete" in our system.
The EOI has been advertised on the Victorian Government's online tender advertisement site, Tenders Vic - www.tenders.vic.gov.au. Registration of Expressions of Interest close on 2 March 2017.
Dear Suppliers,
The State-wide Equipment Program has received independent advice that many Strollers on the Australian market may not be compliant to mandatory Australian Standards.
